It’s an urban nightmare come true in Dead End City, as gang warfare rules the streets. Dennis Cole (Pretty Smart) plays a corrupt police officer who allows the gang led by Robert Z’Dar (Maniac Cop) to terrorize the city.

Jack Murphy (Greg Cummins) is a street-tough resident who won’t be bullied. He organizes a vigilante resistance force and prepares to fight for control of the city.
